Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is central to our operations, supporting customers, processing orders, and delivering outstanding service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Quotations
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Handle product and pricing enquiries
* Prepare quotations and complete take-offs from customer plans
* Arrange samples, brochures, and POS materials
* Liaise with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) team to provide support
Customer Service
* Manage incoming calls and emails from merchants, installers, architects, and the public
* Provide product, pricing, and technical information
* Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly
* Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
About You
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
