Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver high standards of food and service across all hospitality areas.
2. Support the head/senior chef in all kitchen operations and uphold standards.
3. Maintain a safe environment for staff and customers, both internal and external.
4. Ensure compliance with all HACCP protocols.
5. Consistently deliver quality food throughout all hospitality services.
6. Foster collaboration between kitchen, service staff, and other departments within Spire Healthcare.
7. Lead by example, ensuring consistency in food production and presentation.
Candidate Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or higher preferred.
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Relevant certificates or willingness to undertake specialist training.
* Experience in similar establishments.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
