Interim Finance Project Lead (2-Month FTC)
* Kidlington, Oxfordshire
* £250–£350 per day (depending on experience)
* Full-time | Office-based
* Immediate start
A well-established, specialist business is seeking an experienced Finance Project Lead to support a time-critical systems implementation project on a 2-month fixed-term basis.
This role requires someone who can start immediately and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Reconcile Work in Progress (WIP) and stock from a legacy system to a new platform
* Support a live finance systems implementation, including troubleshooting with the system provider
* Document processes and create clear “how-to” guides across finance functions
* Ensure month-end processes are understood and embedded in the new system
* Work closely with operational teams to improve processes and accountability
Requirements
* Senior finance professional (ACCA / CIMA / QBE)
* Strong understanding of WIP and stock (manufacturing or similar environment)
* Proven experience in systems implementation and project work
* Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence stakeholders
* UK-based experience essential
* Immediately available or available at short notice
