GSL Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable History Teacher to join a dynamic school located in Hull. The successful candidate will deliver engaging History lessons that spark curiosity, encourage debate, and inspire a love of the past.
Key Responsibilities of the History Teacher:
* Teach History across different key stages.
* Create and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress to ensure academic development.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment opportunities.
* Foster a supportive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Requirements for the History Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom teaching experience.
* Ability to inspire students with creative teaching strategies.
* Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
