Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, you will
* Taking ownership of the Purchase Ledger function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and supplier accounts are maintained
* Producing weekly payment runs, completing bank reconciliations, and allocating incoming customer payments
* Assisting with Credit Control duties, customer account queries and wider month‑end finance activities
* Supporting continuous improvement within the finance function while providing general accounts and administrative support across the team
Requirements
As an Accounts Assistant, you will need
* Previous experience working within an accounting role
* AAT Studier or qualified
