This is a hands‑on role requiring a strong leader who can drive quality, and ensure compliance. 🌟 What We're Looking For 🌟 ✔ Extensive LD, Autism & Complex Needs Expertise Proven background supporting individuals with a range of learning disabilities and varying levels of need. Experience managing environments where behaviours of concern may be present. Skilled in developing personalised, strengths‑based support plans. ✔ Strong Service Management Experience Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior leadership role in specialist care settings. Ability to manage staffing, rotas, budgets, and operational delivery. ✔ Confident Stakeholder Engagement Comfortable working with Local Authorities, CQC, families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
