Key Responsibilities
* Manage the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
* Support the development of creative menus and maintain exceptional service standards.
* Ensure the quality and presentation of all food meets Grantley Hall’s high standards.
* Strive continuously for operational improvement and excellence.
* Communicate relevant guest and team feedback to the Head Chef.
* Assist across sections or other duties as required.
* Train, delegate, and mentor junior team members.
* Oversee daily ordering, stock control, and menu planning aligned with business levels.
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational standards in the kitchen.
