What you’ll do on a typical day:
Providing leadership and guidance for the management teams to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address operational issues effectively and in a timely manner

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Support and encourage a good team working spirit and ensure that the leadership teams work effectively and communicate frequently to achieve the business objectives
* Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
* Experience of managing a stores and distribution environment or similar background preferable, but not essential
