Associate Architect
Central London | £51,000–£67,500 | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 WFH)
A senior leadership opportunity to lead a landmark cultural and conservation project in central London. Join a highly regarded heritage practice and play a key role in project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
The Role
* Lead major conservation and cultural projects across all RIBA stages
* Manage client relationships and support business development
* Oversee internal teams and consultant coordination
* Maintain design quality, programme and budget control
* Represent the practice at senior client and stakeholder level.
What You’ll Need
* ARB-registered Architect with 10+ years’ PQE
* Strong track record delivering large-scale or heritage projects
* Confident leader with commercial and client-facing experience
* Conservation / adaptive reuse expertise
* Revit, AutoCAD and NBS experience
* AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation is desirable.
