What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality technical support and resolutions to end users, ensuring a seamless customer experience. With full training and accreditation provided on supported technologies, you’ll develop specialist skills—particularly around Microsoft Azure—and have the opportunity to progress into an engineering role within the professional services team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support via phone and a dedicated support portal
* Diagnosing and resolving issues on end-user devices and server environments
* Monitoring customer infrastructure environments - Logging and tracking requests in the ticketing system
* Guiding and training end users to help them get the most from their systems - Escalating complex issues to engineering teams or vendors as needed
* Following established support policies and procedures
* Contributing to wider company projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Technical support experience
* Experience supporting Azure infrastructure (training and certifications provided if needed)
* Good understanding of networking basics: identity management, DNS, DHCP, security management
* Strong communication skills to confidently support and guide clients
* A proactive mindset, keen to keep developing and stay ahead in the industry
