Our client based in High Wycombe requires a new part time customer assistant to join their friendly team. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-3pm. You will be 100% office based. Full time equivalent salary is £27k per annum. The purpose of the role is to respond to customers via online chat and also provide administration support to the team. Key responsibilities include: Answering customer queries on Live Chat Dealing with complaints and quality issues in a systematic way Liaising with delivery partners when issues arise Liaising with production at all locations Communicating with customers Monitoring and responding to feedback on Reviews and Trust pilot General administration tasks, assisting account managers and management as required Key requirements include: Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Microsoft Office products Intermediate IT Skills Good communication skills (both oral and written) Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
