Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a friendly and reliable Saturday Retail Sales Advisor at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Weybridge. You will provide exceptional service to customers in store, help serve customers, and support the branch and its delivery service. Experience with our products isn't necessary if you bring strong customer service and team-working skills; we will provide training to help you succeed.
Location: Weybridge, Waterside Trading Estate. The branch features a home design showroom with trade and designer paints, wallpapers, and decorating tools and equipment. Branch hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, contributing to Brewers’ reputation for quality service
* Use product knowledge to recommend products that meet customer needs
* Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request stock within the branch network
* Develop sales of paint, wallpaper, and related decorating products
* Build relationships with customers to identify needs and provide comprehensive service
* Promote seasonal and special items and merchandise in-store to increase visibility and sales
* Assist with stock maintenance in the branch
* Unload deliveries and distribute stock throughout the store
* Keep the warehouse organized and safe in line with company standards
Who We Are Looking For
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills to translate customer requirements into product recommendations
* Approachable and friendly, with a willingness to help both customers and colleagues
* Team player who can also work independently
* Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required
* Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry
* Previous retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
