What You'll Do
* Manage and nurture a large portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Guide customers through renewals, expansions, and general support queries
* Build strong relationships via email and phone—warm conversations, not cold sales
* Identify genuine upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through natural relationship‑building
* Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce
* Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ops
* Create simple territory plans and account maps for key clients
* Stay up to date with product knowledge and customer needs (full training included)
