We're looking for a polished, proactive Executive Assistant
to support the CEO of a leading luxury interior design studio on a 12‑month maternity contract. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with experience in
creative, luxury, or interior design environments -
at EA, PA or strong administrative level, who thrives in a fast‑paced, beautifully crafted studio environment.
A background supporting senior leadership (ideally
2–3 years of EA experience
) is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be confident, detail‑driven and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while representing the CEO with discretion, warmth, and professionalism.
The studio operates a hybrid model; candidates must be happy working
onsite in Knightsbridge at least 3 days per week
(often 3–4), particularly Tuesday–Thursday when the CEO is typically in.
Job Description
EA to CEO
Acting as gatekeeper and pre-empting any duties
Adhoc Front of House cover
Assisting with CEO's personal admin, including lifestyle bookings and personal tasks as required
Assisting with CEO's personal post
Completion of monthly corporate card statements and processing expenses
Confident and efficient handling of client liaison both telephone and written.
Extensive diary management - liaising with clients, building rapport and booking meetings
Full administrative support, including handling confidential information
Inbox / Email Account management - flagging and monitoring all urgent enquiries
Maintaining stationary supplies and filing for the CEO
Management and main point of contact for clients in the absence of Directors or Designers.
Suggesting guestlists for boardroom lunches, dinners, and other events.
Travel arrangements including personal flights and holidays as well as business travel
New Business Admin
Assist with diary management as required for Associate Director, Operations & New Business
Consultant
Compile and print required documentation for all new business meetings
Initial research into prospective clients and leads
Respond to initial website enquiries
Type business meeting minutes were attended
Type up meeting minutes from new business / client meetings
Work with Head of Business Development to keep the enquiry tracker
Manage and Lead Events
Full responsibility for event budget.
Help design and circulate invitations/advertisements
Maintain a strong organisational presence across events and delegating to team where required
Manage all bookings and manage guest lists.
Work with Directors and new business in the running and organisation of events

Who We're Looking For:
* Experience in
creative, luxury, or interior design sectors
(essential)
* Previous EA, PA or administrative experience, ideally
2–3 years supporting at senior level (desirable)
* Immaculate attention to detail and strong organisation
* Confidence navigating shifting priorities and a busy CEO's schedule
* A proactive, polished, calm, and collaborative working style
* Comfort being onsite 3–4 days per week
in a vibrant Knightsbridge studio
