Logistics Administrator

Altrincham - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Full-time, Permanent

Salary up to £27,000

The Company:

Our client is a specialist provider of Managed Digital Media Solutions. They provide installations throughout the UK, Europe, and Australia and work with some of the biggest brands in the UK. The Role:

You will be joining a fast-paced operations team where your organisational and communication skills will help keep projects running smoothly across multiple departments. As a Logistics Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of technical field activities across the UK and Europe. Working closely with internal teams and field engineers, you’ll help ensure that all installations, maintenance visits, and related logistics are executed efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do:

Accurately track and log 3rd party costs
Ensure Engineers meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Process 3rd party Purchase Orders
Coordinate site access for installations and support visits at various locations
Generate risk assessment and method statements for support visits
Provide UPS locations for efficient kit shipping
Book hotels, flights and ferries for engineers
Handle incoming phone inquiries professionally

What You'll Need:

Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate accurate reporting and record-keeping abilities
Prior experience in logistics, scheduling, or administration
Build positive relationships with colleagues and other departments
Exhibit strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Keen eye for detail
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
