Responsibilities will include: Building and strengthening relationships with clients and industry contacts to generate new opportunities Leading on the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, from smaller schemes through to major developments Representing projects at planning committees, hearings, and public inquiries Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery Driving forward strategic land promotion work, including involvement in Local Plan examinations Developing planning strategies to overcome challenges and achieve successful outcomes for clients Overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including cross-selling services Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members Playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the business About the Opportunity: This is a rare role where you’ll have genuine autonomy, a clear voice in the business, and a defined pathway to Director level.
