Key Responsibilities
* Managing maintenance requirements across a portfolio of residential properties
* Coordinating contractors and monitoring repair works from instruction through to completion
* Arranging quotations and obtaining landlord approval for maintenance works
* Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
* Handling landlord and tenant maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Ensuring all maintenance records, compliance documentation and contractor information are accurately maintained
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in property maintenance, property management or facilities management
* Strong understanding of residential property maintenance and repairs
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
* Strong problem‑solving skills and practical approach to resolving issues
* Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building abilities
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Full UK Driving Licence essential
