Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld components to high standards, ensuring compliance with food industry regulations.
* Work with stainless steel and other materials commonly used in food production equipment.
* Read and interpret technical drawings to produce accurate and high-quality work.
* Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets stringent safety and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field.
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication, ideally within the food industry.
* Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Day-to-Day
* Reviewing project specifications and preparing materials for fabrication.
* Welding and assembling components to create bespoke food industry equipment.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
