Were looking for a Paid Search Executive for a well-known, disruptive, B2C brand at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a newly created role and will join a talented team with an inrcedibly experienced Paid Search Manager as their mentor.
This is an exceptional opportunity to manage Paid Search campaigns with substantial budgets of over £10,000 per month.
What you'll be doing
1. As Paid Search Executive, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns, working closely with the wider Performance team to drive performance and meet ambitious business objectives.
2. Assist in developing and executing paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing campaigns that drive meaningful customer acquisition and engagement.
3. Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI, using data insights to continuously improve results and identify growth opportunities.
4. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and run A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates across all search activity.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure paid search efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
