Experience in Level 3 technical support (ideal), with in-depth problem-solving skills. Level 1 or 2 support experience considered if you demonstrate strong problem-solving ability. GCSE Grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English. Computer literacy, including Microsoft applications and Salesforce. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
