We are a Social Enterprise that works with disabled people, providing specialist computer equipment, 1-1 teaching and have an in-house software development team.
We are currently looking for an ATT Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dalston, East London.
About the role:
You will be working as part of small Administrative Team, helping disabled students in higher education access specialist support and equipment.
Key duties:
Managing inbound calls and emails from students, providing assistance and resolving or escalating queries
Processing documents accurately and updating the customer status accordingly
Accurately updating our customer database on every communication with students
Liaising with Trainers
Booking, cancelling or rescheduling ATT sessions and taking good care of customers
Other administrative work as requiredAbout you:
