The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide and promote a professional, customer-focused service to ensure customer needs are satisfied and a world-class service is delivered and promoted across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise the CRM system to record discussions, correspondence, and track customer complaint resolution, ensuring effective management of queries and keeping customers updated.
* Adhere to customer service standards, service level agreements, policies, and procedures; handle queries promptly and appropriately to improve efficiency and service levels.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues to promote a 'one team' approach to achieving company standards and objectives.
* Comply with all HR, GDPR, and health & safety policies to ensure full legal compliance.
* Manage booking of delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries, taking necessary actions to notify customers of potential service issues.
* Provide quotes to customers according to schedules and input data accurately into Stirling.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Experience in transport and warehousing is preferable.
* Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Sage.
* Experience with software management systems such as Stirling and Contrado.
* Understanding of product and pricing schedules.
* Effective customer query handling skills.
* Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
* Customer account management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM and software management systems.
