As our Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our CEO and wider executive team - keeping things organised, managing the day-to-day, and ensuring nothing is missed along the way. To achieve this, our new Personal Assistant will: Provide high-quality administrative support to the CEO and wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage busy and ever-changing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments effectively. Act as a first point of contact for the CEO, handling incoming communications and directing queries appropriately. Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard. Organise travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense management. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking accurate minutes where required. Maintain organised records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Provide general administrative support across the team as needed. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts. To be successful in this role, you will have : Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information. A flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support where needed.
