TheMarketSegmentManager –Test&Measurement(North America)is responsible for driving growth of our relay portfolio withinthe regionalTest&Measurementmarket, focusing on semiconductortesting, automatictestequipment(ATE), and high-frequency applications.This role ownsthe go-to-marketstrategy, builds strategic customer relationships, and collaborates cross-functionallyto delivertechnical solutions and increase design wins across North America.
WhatYou'll Do
* Define and executethemarketsegmentstrategy for relay and componentproducts within North America’sT&Msector.
* Analyze regionalmarkettrends in semiconductortest, ATE, and related componentmarketsto shape commercial priorities.
* Identify high-value opportunities and applicationsthatalign with ourtechnology roadmap.
Customer Engagement & Business Development
* Build and grow relationships with keyT&Mcustomers, including semiconductor OEMs, ATEmanufacturers, and contracttestproviders.
* Collaborate with Sales and Field Application Engineering (FAE)teamsto drive demand generation, design wins, and long-termaccountgrowth.
* Translate voice of customer into actionable insights for ProductManagementand Engineering.
Product Positioning & Technical Enablement
* Align productstrategy andmessaging with regional customer needs,technical requirements, and compliance standards.
* Partner with Field Application Engineersto delivertechnical supportandtailored relay and componentsolutionsto complex customer challenges.
* Contributetomarketing content, application notes, and sales enablementtools fortheT&Msegment.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Coordinate with ProductManagement, Engineering, FAE, Quality, and Operationsteamsto ensure alignmenton customer programs and productdevelopmentpriorities.
* Supportpricing, quoting, and productlifecycle planning forthe segment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Track key performancemetrics including design wins, segmentrevenue, and customer engagementacross North America.
* Deliver quarterly updates onmarketdynamics, competitor actions, and growth opportunities.
WhatYou'll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field;MBA or equivalentbusiness experience preferred.
* 7+ years of experience intheTest&Measurementor semiconductormarketwith a strong understanding of ATE systems.
* Experience working with or selling components (e.g., relays, sockets, sensors) intothe ATE ecosystem.
* Familiarity with signal integrity, isolation, high-frequency switching, and other relay-specific design considerations.
* Willingnesstotravel within North America upto 50%.
