The Role: Support pupils with a range of needs, including behavioural and emotional challenges. Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, especially during PE and active learning sessions. Lead or support physical activities at break times, lunchtimes, and in after-school clubs. Create a fun, safe, and structured environment where all pupils feel valued and included. Be a positive role model, helping pupils build confidence, teamwork, and resilience through sport and activity.
