Join Unique Community Services as part of Catalyst Care Group to provide compassionate, high-complex mental health care at home for people with behavior that challenges and personality disorders in Blackburn, Preston and Bolton area. We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Support workers to lead the delivery of person-centered mental health services directly in people’s homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values.
What You'll Do
* Support mobility, vital signs monitoring, & moving/handling.
* Assist with meals, hydration, cleanliness, & medication admin.
* Provide emotional companionship & accurate record-keeping.
What You'll Bring
* 18+ months healthcare exp. (mental health/autism/learning disabilities, complex care preferred).
