As a Duty Manager you will
* Ensure the highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care within the centre.
* Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, building strong relationships.
* A national pool lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential, as we can fully fund the course.
* Will be able to perform Lifeguard duties when required.
* Be able to communicate at different levels of the organisation.
* Develop and promote exciting, innovative leisure programmes to help increase the usage and profitability of the centre.
* Conduct tours for prospective members.
Ideally you will have a Pool Plant Operations qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
