Join our fast-paced team and play a key role in driving equipment reliability and operational excellence.As a Reliability Engineer, you'll lead proactive engineering initiatives to maximise uptime, improve machine performance, and reduce maintenance costs. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Production, you'll analyse data, identify trends, and implement innovative reliability solutions across the plant.
This role is days based, working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive equipment reliability & downtime reduction through root cause analysis and corrective actionsDevelop and optimise predictive & preventative maintenance (PPM) strategiesUse tools like Power BI & OMP to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunitiesApply predictive techniques (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis, etc.)Support continuous improvement and long-term engineering strategyContribute to capital projects, upgrades, and innovation initiativesPromote safe working practices across the siteWhat We're Looking ForApprenticeship trained engineer with experience in manufacturingStrong mechanical and fault-finding skillsExperience with predictive maintenance & reliability engineeringProven data analysis skills (Power BI preferred)Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)A proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCorrugated industry experience, OMP systems, RCM or CMMS knowledge, multi-skilled background (desirable)If you're driven to improve reliability and make a measurable difference, we'd love to hear from you.What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits, including annual leave, pension, and a Cycle to Work schemeOngoing training and development opportunities24/7 confidential support for you and your familyFlexible working options and family-friendly policiesGuaranteed interview for candidates meeting essential criteria (Disability Confident Employer)Ready to make an impact?
