We’re Hiring – Service Engineer (Security Systems)
Are you an experienced Service Engineer with a strong interest in security systems? We're looking for someone to join our team in the South Wales, Bristol, or M4/M5 Southwest area.
Role Overview:
* Service, maintain, and repair specialist security systems used in high-security environments.
* Diagnose faults, provide technical support, and contribute to system improvements.
* Collaborate with engineering colleagues on system installations and upgrades.
* Experience with video management systems (e.g., Cathexis) is helpful — training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong IT skills and understanding of data networks, workstations, and servers.
* Relevant industry experience and certifications (e.g., CSCS).
* Clear communication skills and a professional, proactive approach.
* Full UK driving licence (vehicle provided).
* Ability to pass Police vetting to NPPV Level 2.
* Willing to travel and stay overnight across the UK as needed.
* Open to occasional on-call support (depending on experience).

* Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 (depending on experience) + paid travel time.
