About the role This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) that offers a healthy balance between home and office working, along with the option of a 9-day fortnight. The role is agile and flexible, although some travel will be needed from time to time, so a full, valid UK driving licence is required. You’ll be part of a supportive team of six, reporting to the Rent and Service Charge Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of rent and service charge accounts. You’ll prepare budgets and statements, analyse costs, and provide clear, accurate information to customers and colleagues. You’ll also manage a variety of queries, working collaboratively across the organisation to resolve issues and improve services. Skills and Experience Needed We’re looking for someone with strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail, who can manage their workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident communicating clearly and presenting information, with a proactive and flexible approach. You’ll also be able to build and maintain positive working relationships. A good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation relating to service charges is essential, along with a full driving licence.
