About the role This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) that offers a healthy balance between home and office working, along with the option of a 9-day fortnight. The role is agile and flexible, although some travel will be needed from time to time, so a full, valid UK driving licence is required. You’ll be part of a supportive team of six, reporting to the Rent and Service Charge Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of rent and service charge accounts. You’ll prepare budgets and statements, analyse costs, and provide clear, accurate information to customers and colleagues. You’ll also manage a variety of queries, working collaboratively across the organisation to resolve issues and improve services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience in a flexible, modern working environment. Skills and Experience Needed We’re looking for someone with strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail, who can manage their workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident communicating clearly and presenting information, with a proactive and flexible approach. You’ll also be able to build and maintain positive working relationships. A good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation relating to service charges is essential, along with a full driving licence.
