Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in our Birchington office. The salary package on offer is £30,000 OTE.
Responsibilities
* Get to know our clients and understand their property dreams and desires.
* Lead property viewings, offering detailed and insightful information to potential buyers, making each visit informative and engaging.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout their property journey.
* Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
Requirements
* You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
* You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
* You will be dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience.
