Your new role
In this role, you will be working at Business Partner level working in a specific business area, and you will get involved in a variety of generalist HR duties including -
1. Being the first point of contact with HR within your region
2. Manage Employee relations case work
3. Support the delivery of HR strategy within the organisation
4. Collaborate and liaise with the widerpany to ensure HR policies are being followed
5. Utilising HR systems such as Natural HR
6. Supporting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
7. People engagement and culture
8. Performance Improvement
9. Learning and Development
10. Talent planning
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have worked as an HR / People specialist or at Advisory level, and are looking to progress to your next role. You will have demonstrable experience with the following -
11. Employee relations case work
12. Good HR systems knowledge
13. Excellent collaboration and team-work skills
14. The ability to build strong relationships within the wider business
15. CIPD qualification, or willing to work towards
