Harris + Wood are growing — and we’re looking for an ambitious assistant branch manager to join our high-performing Chesterwell office.
As an assistant branch manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the branch — not just through your own results, but through your influence on the team, standards, and overall performance.

On-target earnings: £60,000 - £65,000 - (Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission)
Working Pattern:Full-time, Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week (5-day working week).
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Friday – 8.30am-5.00pm
Saturdays 8.30am-4pm
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Consistently delivering against Sales, Market Appraisal and Mortgage Appointment targets
* Ensuring every vendor receives an exceptional selling experience
* Training the team and leading by example
* Negotiating offers to the highest standard, maximising outcomes for all parties
* Building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
* Driving and influencing overall branch performance
* Confidently handling complex situations with professionalism and control
