Wants things done properly, not just patched up. You'll need: Strong engineering background (food/FMCG is a must) Experience managing maintenance teams Confidence to make decisions and back them up A sense of humour - seriously, it helps hereThis isn't a clipboard-and-meetings type of role. You'll be on the floor, sleeves rolled up, making things work. But if you do it right, you'll have a real say in how this site runs.
