About the job: Preparation of monthly management accounts and month-end reporting. Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance reviews. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit processes. Support cashflow management, payroll and day-to-day finance operations. Oversee sales and purchase ledger activities and maintain strong financial controls. Provide financial analysis and support to senior management. Mentor and support junior members of the finance team. Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function. About you: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or soon to be qualified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
