Key skills :-
* Good Quality Bachelors degree in a STEM subject
* 1-3 years of experience in an IT-based, customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
* Good practical skills in Database Development or Engineering, Data Analysis and Data Migration
* Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
