About the role
We are seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to lead a busy branch. This role requires leadership and motivation to coach your team in maintaining excellent on-shelf availability for customers. Focus on results and safety is essential. Some duty management responsibilities will be included, with full training provided.
There are opportunities for career progression within the Booker Group, with many supervisors advancing into store management roles.

You will be responsible for
* Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
* Reducing stock loss by addressing shrinkage and wastage causes.
* Minimizing replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, appropriate product placement, and security in receiving.
* Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to address off-sales issues.
* Maintaining product availability to serve customers effectively.
You will need
* A passion for delivering exceptional operational standards.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and team management skills.
* Strong communication skills with supervisory or managerial experience.
* Practical experience in food retail.
