Our clients, an independent Estate Agency in North Manchester, are seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a varied role, working in a close-knit team, available on a 4 or 5 day a week basis. This position benefits from no weekend working, competitive basic salary, and further incentives
Working hours for the successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
* Monday to Friday (No weekends)
* Role also available on a 4 day a week basis (pro rata on salary)
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be offered:
* Basic salary ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

* 25 days plus bank holidays
Requirements for the role of Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
* Experience in Sales and Lettings
* Highly organised and a positive work ethic
* A great attitude and ability to deliver a high quality of work
* Be able to work well as part of a team and individually

* Property Viewings
* Sales Progression
* Following up leads
* Property Inspections
* Some administrative tasks
