Product Owner – Equinox Corporate+
Questel’s mission is to facilitate the development of innovation in an efficient, safe and sustainable way. As a Product Owner you will play a crucial role in developing our Equinox IPMS suite, especially for large corporations, on the Salesforce Platform. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, defining and managing features and ensuring successful delivery of value to our customers. The role reports to the Product Manager.

Responsibilities
* Enhancement request management: gather feedback from diverse stakeholders and actively challenge priorities.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and growth based on market trends and customer needs.
* Scope definition: write project proposals with a clear scope, business case, cost, requirements, delivery schedule, and communicate/validate with stakeholders.
* Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business, marketing, sales, and customers) and the development team.
* Support and guide the dev team.
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
* Validate completed development against acceptance criteria to ensure quality standards are met.
* Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Create features documentation for the user knowledge base.
* Communicate product updates, delivery timelines, and risks effectively.
* Ensure subject‑matter experts and other stakeholders (Sales) have the information they need about new features.
* Lead post‑release reviews – internal/external feedback, sales stats, and communication of findings.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product development.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
* Proficiency in English (French a plus).
* Previous experience within the Intellectual Property sector.
* Previous experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar role.
