About the Role
At Butlin's, we believe in putting the fun back into our guests' holidays! If things aren’t going as planned, you’ll be the hero who helps them get back on track. Using your empathy and problem-solving skills, you’ll understand what went wrong and ensure that feedback is logged and followed up with our guests.
We’re looking for someone with a proficient telephone manner and excellent customer service skills. You should feel confident offering solutions and support to our guests. Fast, accurate typing skills and comfort with computer systems are essential, as we use various platforms to log jobs and feedback.
As a team player, you’ll support your colleagues while they support you. In addition to guest services, you’ll also help with the check-in experience, meeting guests face-to-face to assist with their needs. You’ll play a key role in helping guests curate their stay by sharing insights about our fantastic offerings and the local area.
This is a fast-paced role, so you’ll need to be motivated and ready to dive in and learn!
About You
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you’ll work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations while delivering exceptional service to our guests enjoying their holidays.
We’ll provide you with all the support and training you need to develop the skills necessary for your role. No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy the variety of working with different team members and guests.
This is a full-time permanent role (30-35 hours).
Working pattern:
* Team Member Plus across Accommodation and Guest Services.
* Monday and Friday: Cleaning in Maple Walk from 10:00 - 15:00 (with a 15-minute break).
* 60-minute break before your shift in Guest Services from 16:00 - up to 21:00 (this may occasionally be later).
* 3 other working days in the remaining 5 (including weekends).
Live-in accommodation is available for these roles.
