SEND Inclusion Support is supporting a specialist school in Oxfordshire to recruit an experienced and committed Headteacher. The school provides high-quality education and care for children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are looking for a strong and compassionate leader who:
* Has significant leadership experience within a special or alternative provision
* Understands the complexities of SEMH and trauma-informed practice
* Can motivate and manage a dedicated staff team effectively
* Is passionate about ensuring the best outcomes for pupils with additional needs
