Description
Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles and associated documentation.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections as required.
Assist with scheduling and monitoring vehicle usage and availability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant fleet regulations and policies.
Prepare reports and updates for the fleet management team.
Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding fleet requirements.
Handle general administrative duties related to the fleet department.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Fleet Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using office software and systems for data management.
An understanding of fleet management processes and compliance requirements is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
