We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join a fleet team within the industrial and manufacturing sector in Windlesham. This temporary role requires an individual to handle administrative tasks and support the fleet management function effectively.

Description
Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles and associated documentation.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections as required.
Assist with scheduling and monitoring vehicle usage and availability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant fleet regulations and policies.
Prepare reports and updates for the fleet management team.
Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding fleet requirements.
Handle general administrative duties related to the fleet department.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Profile
A successful Fleet Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using office software and systems for data management.
An understanding of fleet management processes and compliance requirements is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
Job Offer
Competitive hourly rate of £ £16.00 per hour

Experience:
Previous fleet or transport administration experience; managing service schedules and vehicle records; working with leasing companies, repair centres and insurers; handling driver queries; coordinating vehicle replacements or rentals; supporting compliance processes; working in fast‑paced operational environments.
