MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading UK tailoring business on the search for a Head of Sales. This is a permanent role based in London.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative person with strong menswear and outerwear knowledge to join the Head Office team as Head of Sales. This role is pivotal in creating and executing brand strategy across the portfolio of own brands within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the brand vision, positioning, and long-term strategy, ensuring clear differentiation within the menswear market and alignment with commercial objectives.
* Oversee all visual and verbal brand expression across campaigns, product launches, wholesale materials, digital platforms, and trade marketing to ensure consistency and impact.
* Educate and inspire internal teams on brand values, positioning, and messaging, taking the lead as the brand authority. Identify and evaluate key industry events and trade shows, ensuring the company is present where it matters, and represent the brand confidently at those events.
* Partner closely with Sales, Design, and Merchandising to ensure brand storytelling supports product strategy, retail partnerships, and revenue targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure seamless communication and alignment across projects.
* Support product development and seasonal planning by providing market feedback and supplier insights.
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in brand management within menswear, or other fashion sectors with demonstrated success managing the full brand lifecycle from strategy to execution.
* Strong ability to translate brand vision into measurable commercial outcomes, aligning brand positioning with product strategy, sales objectives, and revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of the menswear landscape, including key trade shows, fashion weeks, and industry events; confident representing a brand externally and building strong industry relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
