Role Overview: As a Bid Writer, you will play a key role in producing high-quality, persuasive tender submissions that clearly articulate my Clients value proposition, demonstrate compliance, and showcase their experience. You'll collaborate closely with estimators, planners, business development, and project teams to craft compelling content that helps us win work in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, and coordinate high-quality bid responses for PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs. Translate complex technical information into clear, client-focused content. Tailor responses to meet specific client requirements and scoring criteria. Manage bid timelines and ensure submissions are completed on time. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather input and develop winning narratives. Maintain and develop a library of standard responses, case studies, CVs, and other supporting documentation.
