Win As a Team: We have an opportunity for a Data Product Design Specialist to join our great Chief Information Office team on a hybrid basis in either our London or Horsham offices.
Responsibilities
* As the Data Product Design Specialist you will develop and optimize consumer-centric, user-led data models that meet business requirements, providing intuitive and scalable solutions for different stakeholders.
* You will support the build of comprehensive data product canvases, outlining product vision, user personas, use cases, and expected business outcomes.
* You will align the canvas with the broader data strategy to ensure consistency.
* You will support and manage data contracts that define the structure, relationships, and flows between datasets. Ensure these contracts adhere to governance standards, ensuring data integrity and security.
Your Skills And Experience
* Experience in data modelling, data architecture, and design enterprise-level data products that support both transactional and analytical needs.
* Background in designing user-centric and consumer-led data products.
* Experience working with enterprise data domains, designing interoperable, scalable data models that align with business processes and use cases.
* Good knowledge of data modelling tools, and experience in Azure, Databricks and Lakehouse architecture implementations.
* Ideally you will have a sound understanding of Insurance domain.
