Job Title: Dealerpoint Manager / Aftermarket Manager
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Location: Manchester
We are an industry leading commercial fleet business seeking an Aftermarket Manager / Dealerpoint Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Drive the business forward by managing a large depot / workshop / dealerpoint, including its people, facilities and operations.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers attending the site.
* Provide leadership to create a workplace environment and culture that enables staff to excel in their roles.
* Manage budgets, KPIs, efficiency levels, technician productivity and cost, with strong people management and negotiation skills.
* Utilise IT tools; be proficient with MS packages and ideally conversant with GDS.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong management background within the Commercial Vehicle sector.
* Understanding of current legislation, industry processes and practices relevant to the commercial vehicle sector.
* Ability to negotiate effectively and demonstrate exceptional customer-facing skills.
* Experience in managing a large depot/dealpoint and coordinating personnel, facilities and operations.
