Overview
Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef. Deliver high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Oversee kitchen team performance, allocate tasks, and foster a positive working environment. Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards, including allergen compliance. Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce food waste. Contribute to daily kitchen cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with hygiene procedures. Support the training and development of kitchen team members.
Requirements
* Full right to work in the UK and UK residency for the last 3 years (essential for DBS clearance)
* Able to pass enhanced security vetting and DBS checks
* A recognised culinary qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or Senior CDP)
* A full UK driving licence is desirable due to the location

* Salary: £29,940 per annum
* Hours: Full-time, 41.5 hours per week (working 7 out of every 14 days)
