We are working with a well-established construction contractor delivering refurbishment, new build and fit-out projects across the North Wales area With a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, retail and public sector schemes, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, fast-paced construction projects within a growing regional business known for repeat clients and high-quality delivery As Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with site teams and senior commercial leadership.
