Due to continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Construction Estimator who wishs to grow as part of our team The Role As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
You will work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and suppliers to ensure competitive, realistic, and profitable estimating and quotations.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs from drawings and specifications Analyse tender documents, drawings, and project requirements Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare tender submissions, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options Maintain cost databases and historical pricing information Liaise with internal teams to clarify scope, methodology, and programme Support post-tender reviews and handover to project delivery teams Meet with the site teams and cliente Requirements Experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role Understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Numerical, xkybehq analytical, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel/ Cad and take off software Strong communication and organisational skills Desirable Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package A Family envirioment with a room to grow
