Responsibilities & Qualifications
* You support our global team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from day one to the next big career step
* You are the go-to person for all People-related topics, including contracts, development, onboarding and offboarding, team events, and payroll coordination
* You manage and maintain our team data in Personio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays up to date
* You support and help oversee payroll processes, working with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance
* You organize team events and make sure our culture and values are not just words, but truly lived day to day
* You bring fresh ideas to your own projects, whether it’s process optimization, people development, recruiting, or payroll improvements, and make a real difference

* You hold a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a comparable qualification, with 3+ years of relevant experience
* Employment law and payroll processes are familiar territory for you
* You’re experienced with tools like Personio and are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
* You have a strong eye for detail, work with precision, and are highly reliable
* You understand that culture isn’t written on paper, it’s lived. You actively help create a connected and inclusive team environment
